简介

毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院，获生物信息学博士学位，2016年至今于南京医科大学从事肠道微生态研究。承担国家重点研发计划课题子课题、国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、江苏省博士后基金等项目。以第一作者在Genome Medicine、Genomics Proteomics & Bioinformatics、Gut microbes、Bioinformatics等相关领域高质量国际期刊发表SCI论文多篇。
