简介
2012年毕业于中山大学肿瘤防治中心(华南肿瘤学国家重点实验室),获肿瘤学博士学位,同年9月进入南京医科大学基础医学院工作。主要研究方向为RNA生物学与肿瘤表观调控,重点关注R-loop和RNA修饰对基因表达的调控,致力于发现R-loop、m6A和m5C的新阅读蛋白及其对肿瘤发生或发展的调控。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目和江苏省自然科学基金面上项目,发表科研论文30余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Communication, Molecular Cancer, Cell Death & Disease,Journal of Molecular Biology和Life Sciences等国际知名期刊发表科研论文近20篇,发表教学论文4篇,参编教材2部。欢迎热爱科学研究、愿意以科研为业的同学报考该方向研究生。
