简介

王成坤,南京医科大学高层次引进人才、教授、博士研究生导师、独立学术带头人。至今已在Nature Cell BiologyNucleic Acids ResearchJournal of Pineal ResearchCell Discovery等著名国际期刊上发表SCI论文二十余篇,总影响因子逾300,申请并授权专利6项。


研究领域:

综合采用CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑系统、单细胞测序、iPSC定向分化、谱系追踪等方法,开展:

1.    新型基因编辑系统创建及优化;

2.    基因突变关联神经精神疾病分子机制研究及药物靶点发现。
