      陈峰,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,南京医科大学法医学学科带头人。2005年毕业于西安交通大学法医学系,获得医学学士学位;2005-2011年就读于西安交通大学法医学系,获得医学博士学位。2008-2013年在美国密苏里大学-堪萨斯分校和美国佐治亚医学院从事助理研究员、副研究员和博士后的研究工作。2013年10月作为海外高层次引进人才引进,被聘为南京医科大学法医学系教授,学科带头人。目前主要的研究方向是心源性猝死的分子机制、酒精和毒品成瘾的细胞和分子机制以及基因组多态性与法医信息学。
        截止2014年9月份,近五年研究成果发表在Arteriosclerosis,Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology(ATVB), Proceedingsof the National Academy of Sciences(PNAS), Free RadicalBiology & Medicine(FRBM), Antioxidants & Redox Signaling(ARS)和MolecularPharmacology等国际权威期刊上,发表论文30多篇,其中SCI收录论文24篇,影响因子大于100分,第1作者及通讯作者18篇,累计影响因子近60分,研究成果被Nature,Circulation Research, ATVB等多家国际著名杂志引用。作为项目主持人先后获得了美国心脏学会、美国肺脏学会和江苏省科技厅青年基金以及国家自然科学基金课题项目的支持。目前担任ForensicMedicine and Anatomy Research, Front Physiol, JCDR, Plos One等9家杂志副主编/审稿人。
主要研究成果:
1.首次揭示了Nox4和Cav-1以”从血管外到血管内”的发生机制参与肺动脉高压的发生和发展,首次研制并筛选出了特异性Nox4抑制剂,并证实它可以阻止并逆转肺动脉高压的发生及肺动脉血管的重塑。该项研究工作2014年以第一作者/通讯作者发表在心血管领域一区期刊Arteriosclerosis,Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology (ATVB)和FreeRadical Biology & Medicine(FRBM)等杂志上。
  2.在氧化应激相关分子调控机制的研究中,首次发现了热休克蛋白Hsp90、Hsp70与NADPHOxidases(Nox)的蛋白质相互作用,阐述了热休克蛋白在Nox酶产生O2-和H2O2过程中的调控机制,阐明了Hsp90抑制剂对心血管功能及炎症的调控作用的分子机制。并进一步阐述了氧应激在心血管疾病中的分子机制,阐述了热休克蛋白在Nox酶产生O2-和H2O2过程中的调控机制,揭示了Hsp90抑制剂对心血管功能及炎症的调控作用的分子机制,为进一步寻找心血管疾病的新的治疗靶点、治疗药物提供基础。此部分论文发表在美国科学院院报Proc Natl Acad Sci USA(PNAS),氧应激期刊Antioxidant and Redox Signaling(ARS),心血管著名期刊Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology(ATVB),药理学著名期刊Mol Pharmacol.,美国生理学杂志American Journal of Physiology (AJP)上。这些工作将为今后探讨氧应激信号通路在心血管疾病及其导致猝死的分子机制及法医学意义的研究工作奠定基础。
  3.在法医学相关研究中,本人成功进行了法医学腐败、降解检材的mtDNA和ABO血型基因型的分型,并对中华民族多个民族和隔离群进行多种遗传标记的DNA分型,阐明了其在人类群体遗传学及法医学中的价值和意义。另外,通过MRI的方法对汉族人群425个个体的35个颅面部测量点进行了测量和分析工作,为法医学利用颅相重合和面貌复原方法进行个体识别的研究和实际应用奠定了基础,该论文发表在法医学领域国际著名期刊ForensicScience International, Journal of Genetics and Genomics,Journal of Zhejiang University Science B等SCI期刊上。
